What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and who else ever sees it. Last updated 23 August 2026.
Who we are
Apex Estate Partners LLC is an independent insurance services firm licensed in 48 states. We write term life, whole life, indexed universal life, final expense and annuities through more than 20 carriers. You can reach us at team@apexestatepartners.com, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.
What we collect
Almost everything we hold about you is something you typed into a form on this site.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message field.
The quote form asks for the same contact details plus the information a carrier needs before it can price a policy: your date of birth, the state you live in, your height and weight, whether you use nicotine, your health history, the coverage amount you have in mind and what you want the policy to do.
Our web server also records the ordinary technical details every web server records, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened. We use Jetpack Stats to count page views. It reports totals to us, not identities, and we run no advertising pixels and no Google Analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
We use what you send us to answer you, to quote coverage across our carriers, and, if you decide to move forward, to complete an application with the carrier you choose. We also use your contact details to reach you about a policy already in force.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead vendors.
Health information
The quote form asks health questions because carriers price on health. Nicotine use, height and weight, medications and conditions all move the rate, and we cannot quote honestly without them.
We treat those answers as confidential. They go to a carrier only when you tell us to submit an application, and only to the carriers you have agreed to apply with. A carrier that receives an application runs its own underwriting under its own privacy notice, which it gives you directly.
Who else sees your information
- Carriers. Only when you ask us to submit an application, and only the carriers you agreed to.
- Our form and hosting providers. Form submissions are handled by Jetpack, a service of Automattic, and stored in this site’s database, which sits with our web host. Both act on our instructions.
- Anyone the law requires. A regulator, a court order, or a state insurance department.
That is the whole list.
Cookies
This site sets the functional cookies WordPress needs to load pages and to keep a form submission from being counted twice. Jetpack Stats sets a cookie to avoid counting the same visitor repeatedly. There are no advertising or retargeting cookies here.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, apart from the forms, which may behave oddly.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and client records for as long as we are working with you, and after that for as long as insurance recordkeeping rules require us to. When a record is past both, we delete it.
Your choices
Write to team@apexestatepartners.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us to stop emailing you and we will. Some records we are required by law to keep even after you ask, and we will say so plainly if that applies.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. Ask and we will tell you what applies to you.
Security
This site runs over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Access to submissions is limited to the people at Apex who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
Nothing here is an offer of coverage
This site describes what we do. It is not an offer of insurance, and no policy is bound until a carrier issues it in writing.
